When my wife Kimmy was diagnosed with Early Onset Alzheimer’s Disease, I searched everywhere for information on her disease and how it would affect her and our family.

 

Unfortunately, most of the information I found was about or for older people with regular-onset Alzheimer’s. There was very little info for people with early-onset dementia.  One of our goals here at Loving Kimmy is to provide resources that relate more to early-onset dementias.  As we discover more information on this we will post via our blog.

 

However, to start off, we are posting the basics on Alzheimer’s and dementia resources.  This information is a good starting point.  Once you contact some of these resources, they will point you toward other resources that may have more specificity.  As always, you can also reach out to us via email at: info@lovingkimmy.org
